Industry partners in the skilled trades and building industry are needed to provide interactive, hands-on exhibits for the students to experience. Build My Future OKC is a fantastic opportunity to introduce your business or industry to students and future employees.

Exhibit Experience Space - Various Pricing
Each Exhibit space includes your choice of and indoor/outdoor space, pipe and drape, table and chairs, (5) Free Lunch tickets for company representatives and program/website recognition
BOOTH SIZING
$1,000 - 10’x30’ booth
$ 750 - 10’x20’ booth
$ 500 - 10’x15’ booth
**All exhibitors will also be considered as Friends of the Industry sponsors!

*All sponsor packages include an exhibit space if desired.

Outdoor space recommended for heavy machinery and "messy" exhibits (i.e. masonry, etc.)
Indoor and/or outdoor space is available. Just a few ideas for exhibit experiences include: roofing dog houses, a nail driving contest, going up in a cherry picker or exploring a 3D architectural rendering. The Build My Future OKC Team can help with ideas too.

Exhibit Details:
- Indoor exhibit experience spaces must be set up by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 21st, 2025. Outdoor exhibit spaces must be set up by 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
- All exhibit experiences will be ready to accept students by 8 a.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, and will stay until 3 p.m. or until all students have departed.
- All exhibit experience spaces will be cleared by 6 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
- Please read the terms and conditions in the Exhibit Form before electronically signing your Exhibit Form. Your cooperation makes a great event for our students.
